DFL Admission Requirements

 

University Preparatory Certificate 1 (UPC1)

  1. Form 3 leavers or discontinued Form 4.

University Preparatory Certificate 2 (UPC2)

  1. Form 5 leavers

  2. Those who have completed the UPC1 Program.

University Preparatory Certificate 3 (UPC3) - use the same admission from UPC page?

  1. Form 6 leavers or Form 5 with higher grades;

  2. Those who have completed the UPC2 Program.

Certificate in Tropical Agriculture (CTA)

  1. Form 6 and Form 7 leavers with high passes

  2. Those who completed AEPAD - Adult Education Proficiency Award (Distance) Certificate with work experience of 3 years and above. 

  3. Students who have completed the SINU DFL UPC3 Program.

Diploma in Youth Development (DYD)



  1. Form 6 or Form 7 leavers with an aggregate of 15 and above. 

  2. Mature entry with more than 3 years work experience in relevant fields;

  3. Those who have completed the SINU DFL UPC3 Program.

Diploma in Primary Teaching (DIP)

  1. Form 6 and Form 7 with a “B” Grade in English and Maths.

  2. Certificate in Teaching Primary (those currently teaching and want to upgrade their qualification); 

  3. Mature entry with more than 3 years of teaching experience in Primary School;

  4. Those who have completed the SINU DFL UPC3 Program.
