Consideration of applications is based on the following:

• All necessary sections are correctly filled
• A certified copy of the birth certificate is attached
• A passport size photograph is attached
• All attached documentation (transcript, certificates, school reports, etc.) are certified
• A letter from the sponsor if sponsored.
• Some courses will require medical and police clearance once accepted. The lists of accepted students will be made public in the second week of January each year. Registration is done at the beginning of each semester for new and continuing students.
